1. Eligibility
To use dwz.best, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Create and maintain a valid account with accurate contact information.
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including the laws of the People’s Republic of China and the laws of the country where you reside.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
We strictly prohibit the use of dwz.best for illegal or harmful activities. Because we operate from China, you must strictly adhere to the following.
Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities:
Illegal Content: Any content that violates the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
Pornography: Adult-oriented material, obscenity, or content harmful to minors.
Gambling: Online gambling, betting, or related promotions.
Fraud & Security Threats: Phishing, financial scams, impersonation, malware, virus distribution, botnets, or spyware.
Violence & Hate: Promotion of terrorism, violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
Disinformation: Organized disinformation campaigns or political extremism.
Intellectual Property: Copyright infringement or unauthorized redistribution of protected works.
Platform Abuse: Automated high-risk traffic, "link looping," or any activity that degrades platform stability.
Right to Monitor:
We reserve the right to review shortened links. If we identify content that violates these Terms or applicable local laws, we reserve the right to delete the link and suspend the user account immediately without notice.
3. Username & Custom Slug Policy
We encourage creative freedom when choosing custom slugs (e.g., dwz.best/yourname). However, to keep the platform fair:
Trademark Protection: Usernames and slugs should not infringe on registered trademarks. If we receive a credible complaint regarding a trademark violation, we reserve the right to reclaim or rename the slug.
Squatting: Excessive bulk reservation of slugs that remain inactive or redirect to placeholder pages is prohibited. We may release these slugs for other users if they appear to be "domain squatting."
Remediation: In most trademark disputes, we will attempt to contact the user to resolve the issue amicably before taking action, unless immediate legal compliance is required.
4. Custom Domains
If you link your own custom domain to dwz.best:
Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content, branding, and legal liability associated with links created under your custom domain.
No Pre-moderation: We do not review custom domain links in advance.
Abuse Handling: If we receive a credible abuse complaint regarding your custom domain, we may suspend the redirect service for that domain to protect our infrastructure. All legal disputes regarding the domain remain with you.
5. Enforcement
We handle violations based on severity:
Incidental Violations: Removal of the specific violating link + a warning.
Systemic Abuse or Malicious Intent: Immediate and permanent account ban.
Refund Policy for Bans: Accounts banned for violating these Terms (e.g., phishing or fraud) are not eligible for refunds.
6. Payments & Refunds
Subscription Plans: All fees include applicable taxes.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at contact@dwz.best.The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Invoices: Invoices may be requested via our support channel or downloaded from your dashboard.
7. API Usage
API limits are determined by your subscription tier.
Automated link creation must stay within the documented rate limits.
Circumventing rate limits or causing excessive load on our servers will result in API access suspension.
8. Intellectual Property & Takedowns
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe a link on dwz.best directs to content that infringes your copyright, please contact us at abuse@dwz.best.
While we are a Chinese entity, we generally comply with valid international takedown requests to maintain a healthy internet ecosystem.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service access at any time to:
Protect system security and stability.
Comply with requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities (including the Cyberspace Administration of China).
Address abuse or violations of these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time via the account settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beijing, China.
11. Liability & Disclaimer
dwz.best is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee zero downtime or indefinite feature availability.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked via our service.
Users are solely responsible for the safety and legality of the content they link to.
